Every drop is made with fresh-pressed British apples, grown and pressed on the farm to preserve maximum flavour and aroma
100% fresh-pressed British apples
Pressed from September to November at peak ripeness, each cider captures the orchard’s natural character. Fresh, complex and made from 100% fresh-pressed juice.
Expertly matured over 6 months
Stored for up to six months (and sometimes longer), each cider is patiently matured to allow flavours and aromas to naturally develop, bringing out complexity across over 30 apple varieties.
In harmony with nature
From wildflower-rich hedgerows to bee-pollinated orchards, we embrace nature at every step, with wetlands that naturally treat waste and practices that support biodiversity across the farm and beyond.
100% Renewably Powered Production
At our cider farm in Duloe, Cornwall, we have completely ditched fossil fuels for our energy use, and we now run entirely on renewable energy sources, reducing future site emissions by up to 94%.

As part of the Connoisseur range, this is a dry, vintage cider. Hand blended using specially selected apples to create a finish that is popular amongst consumers who are looking for a traditional tasting cider that is full of flavour.
